Something that I’ve noticed that has been a little hard on me is the lack of routine during this quarantine. Personally, I liked the feeling of routine and waking up every morning with an agenda. Having so much free time and leeway has left me unmotivated start my day.
2. What have you done to keep yourself healthy and happy during this time?I continue to do the workouts that are still provided by my coach, start new workout challenges, cook and bake, and experiment with new hairstyles! :)
3. Have you seen, experienced, or addressed inequity, discrimination, or racial injustice during this time period? Has injustice impacted your experience of the pandemic?I hope that my close friendships and skills that I can't practice right now stays the same in my life so I can continue to achieve my goals.
